//We were very excited to see Discipline 'Restart' by Sovet at the Salone Del Molbile this year. Looking forward to see what's in store for the Discipline brand we love so much. // The Spring table range was launched by Modus, designed by Sir Kenneth Grange and SmithMatthias. The Spring table has a modest simplicity, an economical use of materials and is a fist for Modus in that it comes flat packed. Ease of assembly, very few parts and a simple, yet robust, visible metal bracket to fit the legs characterise the Spring table. Continuing the leg top detail from an earlier collaboration with Modus (the March chair), Spring has a clarity brought about by its honesty of form. // Wrong London are a lighting company who make design for the modern world. A recalibration of Wrong for HAY, are now focused exclusively on creating progressive and accessible lighting designs. Wrong London continue to work in partnership with HAY. An impressive destination in Milan this year at la Pelota, Via Palermo. Hay and Wrong London's exhibit was fantastic and our Noc Wall Light made it's first Milan appearance.
Thank you Mylo

useful + beautiful: contemporary design for the home
Tuesday 29 April – Monday 25 August 2014
“Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” William Morris
Our folding stool is in good company at the Geffrye Museum's useful + beautiful exhibition this April.
Design influences the look of our homes and how we live in them. This special exhibition showcases innovation and creativity in domestic design from London and beyond, highlighting how designers respond to issues such as efficiency, sustainability, durability, usefulness and beauty. It will give a glimpse of what’s new and what we might expect to have in our homes in the future.
Useful + beautiful brings together recent work by both fresh new talents and well-established industry figures such as Jasper Morrison, Tord Boontje, Barber Osgerby, Doshi Levien and Tomoko Azumi. A broad range of domestic products, from furniture to wallpaper, lighting to homewares will be on show, spilling out into the museum’s gardens with a display of inventive garden furniture design. An element of interactivity will run throughout the show, and visitors will have the opportunity to try out some of the objects for themselves.
